Asters Male Shop
Sat. - Thurs: 10 a.m - 8 p.m
Fri: 2 p.m - 8 p.m
Asters Hulhumale Shop
Sat. - Thurs: 2 p.m - 8 p.m
Fri: 2:30 p.m - 8 p.m
During the lockdown shop doors are closed, but customers can purchase products outside the shop. Staff will be there to assist you.
delivery etc
- Free delivery for orders above Rf500, for orders less than 500 its Rf 100/-.
- delivery for Male, Hulhumale and dhoni customers,
- as usual dhoni customers please ensure you have reserved cargo space and do give us dhoni contacts
- For the safety of each other, we will not enter any customer building, we will only keep products outside building on the road and call you.
- For now, only BML mobile pay is accepted, make sure your card is activated for online shopping
- Our staff will sign on your behalf as proof of delivery. a photo may or may not be taken for a record of the products near location
- no assembling, installation of any product for now.
- Online orders processes delivered to your address cannot be collected from the shop
- If u have a permit do not order online but visit the shop directly. for your safety shop entry for now not possible but a staff is outside shop to assist you.
- TV’s will be tested by two of our staff. Our staff will sign on invoice on your behalf that it is in good condition. this will be considered as proof you have received it in good condition. any physical damage during transit or after will not be covered
- Shop pickup as usual but customers will stay outside shop. customers can see products in working condition. its only physical damage and liquid spillage that voids warranty all other terms of warranty remains the same.
Warranty and service
During lockdown for we will not be able to service products like its been done before. We would be open to servicing products as soon as it's possible to do.
There are many instances in which we can solve over the phone and solution is often found
Please let us know issues as soon as possible and we will attend immediately
